What services do you provide?

We offer professional BBQ buffet catering, food trailer hire, hot/cold buffets and grazing tables for private events, weddings, corporate functions, parties and festivals. All food is prepared fresh with home smoked meats, house made sauces and chutneys. whenever possible we use locally sauced ingredients - for example, our honey travels 6 minutes to get to us!

What areas do you cover?

We cover a wide range of areas across the UK. Travel costs may apply depending on your location — visit our area pages or just ask and we’ll confirm instantly.

Can you cater for allergies or special dietary requirements?

Yes. We provide full allergen information for every menu item and can cater for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and other dietary needs. A full allergen chart is available before and during your event.

Are you insured and certified?

Yes. We hold full public liability insurance and all staff are certified in food hygiene. Our trailer meets all safety and hygiene regulations. IECR, food hygiene rating and insurance certificates are available on request.

Do you need power or water at the venue?

Our trailer runs entirely on electricity and can operate using our own generator with a 32-amp connection. No water supply is required.

When ordering hot/cold buffets and grazing tables you will be required to provide hand washing facilities. If power is needed this will be discussed before the event.

How much space does the food trailer need?

We require approximately 14ft x 6ft for setup, plus space to turn the trailer and for vehicle access when arriving and departing.

Hot/cold buffets and grazing tables will depend on the amount of guests you have.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons, as dates fill up fast. We have already taken bookings for 2 years in advance!

How do I get a quote?

You can request a quote through our website form, by call, or by WhatsApp. Share your event details and we’ll respond ASAP.

Do you provide staff?

Yes, all bookings include fully trained catering staff that will set up and cook your food. When being served from our catering trailer, it is served from the hatch only, we do not clear tables unless this has been pre-arranged and a extra member of staff has been paid for. We use disposable kraft trays, plates and wooden cutlery for all our events which is included in your quote. Bins will be provided for your guests to use. We do not use ceramic and silverware.

Do you offer custom menus?

Absolutely — you can choose from our existing menus or work with us to design a custom package that fits your event perfectly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, contactless, card payments and deposits. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Our trailer is fully enclosed and weatherproof, allowing us to serve in rain, wind or cold conditions without any disruption. If we have to cancel due to bad driving conditions we will move your event date or offer a full refund.
